Plantanus-acerifolia(London Plane) - Native of Asia, but have been planted in Britain for 250 years and in particular have become associated with London where they abound as a park and street tree.

The tree in the courtyard is estimated to be over 100 years old. It offers guests, shade and a peaceful place to sit and relax, throughout the year.
